I'm not really sure who to send this to, so I decided to post it to this list and hope that someone would answer. I've noticed that there are several debian irc channels on irc.openprojects.net. The only one for developers I see is one for French. I'd like to start one for English, but not sure who I need to ask or talk to about this. if someone could give me an idea, I would appreciate it.
