Avoiding xdm



Hi:

I guess since I upgraded to X4, xdm starts automatically.  I don't want
it, so what's the _best_ way to get rid of it?  I could just remove the
S99xdm symbolic link from each of the rcx.d (x=2-5) directories (or maybe
just from rc2.d, which represents the default runlevel), but somehow I
don't think that's a permanent solution.
