Hello, for some reason I can't get Java working with Mozilla on my sid system. The plugins are in the right place, and I'm using Blackdown's JRE 1.3. When I hit a site with a Java applet, I get the message in the subject line. The applet never initializes, but mozilla doesn't complain about not being able to find Java. Cheers Tiarnan
What does "Help/About Plugins" show?I have a similar problem with a particular site. Having talked to the site maintainer, the problem is on the site's end, not Mozilla's end. Supposedly they have an upgrade to their product in beta testing that will solve the problem in a few weeks. I had to resort to using Netscape 6.x and NS7.0PR1 on Windows (both of which also failed on their site) before I convinced them the problem was on their end.
