xmms crashes, freezes alsa
Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting xmms to work. It starts up fine, and will
load a playlist or song; but when I press the play button, it freezes
and has to be terminated from the terminal. Moreover, afterwards the
sound gets screwed up and I have to reboot (probably something less
drastic would solve the problem, but I haven't figured out what yet).
Has anyone encountered this problem before? I haven't found an error
log for xmms yet so I don't have any more info to give -- if someone
knows if there's an error log and where it's stored I'd appreciate
hearing about it.
