It's rather simple. I'd recommend reading the kernel documentation,
especially the video4linux/bttv stuff since your card is most likely
using the bt8x8 chip. All you have to do should be loading some kernel
modules (bttv and tuner) and creating the proper device nodes. It's all
in the doc.
