deborphan -Pa will give you a listing of all packages with nothing
depending on them, deborphan alone will give you all libraries with
nothing depending on them.
A better way of cleaning out cruft would be to do a deborphan by itself
to remove any orphaned libraries, then run debfoster to take care of
packages and dependancies. Run debfoster every once in a while to keep
things up to date. You may consider rebuilding your keepers file after
a while to reconsider old packages no longer used. Packages are
deborphan and debfoster respectively.
