man-db problem

i chmod /tmp permission to 777

/tmp should be writable for everyone, with the sticky bit set. A number
of programs will fail otherwise.

  $ ls -ld /tmp
  drwxrwxrwt   11 root     root        16384 Jul 16 12:14 /tmp
