Voting software
I am looking for some software that will help me do instant-run off
voting with some mailed in ballots. (Even better would be a site that
would let me run it off the web).
Can anyone recommend something, preferably in python? I believe
debian uses IRV for choosing project leader, but I can't seem to find
the software in a package (I looked under vote, voting, and debian).
