two methods

1) Mail to control@bugs.debian.org with

   close <bugnr>
   thanks

   <information why closing the bug would be useful here>

   as body

2) Send a mail to <bugnr>-close@bugs.debian.org
   (Information why closing the bug in the message is useful)
