You're missing security updates, which are now becoming available for
woody:

  deb http://security.debian.org woody/updates main contrib non-free
  deb-src http://security.debian.org woody/updates main contrib non-free

Debian security updates generally aren't mirrored, because mirrors
introduce delays and it's important that everyone sees the updates as
quickly as possible.
