ncftp with ssh

Hi, all?

    I'd like to transfer files from M$windows to Unix-clone system through ssh by ncftp.

Is it possible that I use ncftp with ssh on Windows?  I know that there are ssh solutions

for M$windows.  Those are putty.exe and psftp.exe.  Please let me know about the documents

for that.
