The limit function, bound to the key l in the index, restricts the
messages shown in the index to those which match a pattern.
~T is the pattern for tagged messages. Thus the key sequence `l ~T' will
show only tagged messages in the index.
The mutt manual (somewhere in /usr/share/doc/mutt) may give you more
information about that.
