I used the following:

deb http://www.mx1.ru/~chris/openoffice unstable main contrib

deb ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/linux/devel/lang/java/blackdown.org/debian
woody non-free    <<--all on one line

There seems to be a dependency on Java, so get it first if you don't
already have it.

Installation went problem free on my Woody box.
