Use this instead for the second one:

  deb http://non-us.debian.org potato/non-US main contrib non-free

http://security.debian.org/debian-non-US/ only really worked by fluke.
The security archive was moved to a new machine today in preparation for
woody, and nobody's had time to move non-US yet.

If you use the correct names, you'll always be OK.
