Create the file /etc/apt/preferences.  This file should contain

Package: *
Pin: release a=testing
Pin-Priority: 1001

Package: *
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 600 


Your sources.list must include testing.
Then    apt-get update
	apt-get dist-upgrade
