Woody is, for all intents and purposes, frozen right now.  Only security
fixes will go into woody now, after which point it will be called stable
(hopefully before the end of the month).  Anthony (the release manager)
may decide to allow some updated packages into woody before it releases,
but it's up to him.

If you're suffering from "apt-get upgrade" withdrawal, you can always
switch to unstable, but just beware that it's called unstable for a
reason.
