IIRC, the PCI bus is supposed to run at 33MHz. You'll have to make a 
difference between
 * Front side bus (CPU, Northbridge, RAM), that's what marketing says
 * PCI bus, runs mostly at 33MHz, can be pushed to 66MHz if _all_ cards 
support it. Not recommended.
 * IDE bus. There you have DMA33, UDMA66/100/133
