You mean converting a UNIX text file to a DOS text file?  Install the
sysutils package.  It includes a utility called "fromdos" (alternately
"unix2dos") which does this.  Just do "fromdos <filename>".

Alternately, you could look at the recode package, which does a lot of
different conversions, but isn't quite as simple to use if you just want
to do UNIX -> DOS conversion.
