  apt-cache search kernel-source

Pick one, then 'apt-get install' it. For instance:

  apt-get install kernel-source-2.2.19

You'll find a .tar.bz2 file in /usr/src. 'apt-get install bzip2' if you
don't have it already, and unpack it like this:

  cd /usr/src
  tar --bzip2 -xvf kernel-source-2.2.19.tar.bz2
