This is the device that Tom's Root Boot uses to pack 1.7 MiB of storage
onto what's nominally a 1.4 MiB floppy. Actually, it's possible to go
as high as 1.9 MiB (/dev/fd0u1920), but this is pretty bloody
unreliable. TRB is pretty reliable.
