apm
Something seems to have broken my apm. My bios and
wmbattery show that my Dell Latitude battery is 100%
charged. However, everytime I remove the power cable,
the laptop just loses power. Does anyone have a clue?
I'm running sid w/ kernel 2.4.18-686 as packaged. Lilo
has append="apm=on". ``cat /proc/apm`` yeilds "1.16
1.2 0x03 0x01 0xff 0x10 100% 382" as root but "1.16
1.2 0x03 0x01 0xff 0x10 -1% -1 ?" as a normal user.
apmd version 3.0.2-1.19 is installed w/ no extra
configuration. Anyone have a clue for me?
