Correct way to modify a pkg's logrotate and cron
Hi everyone,
I have had a look around, and a look through the list archives, can anyone
tell me the best way to override a pkg supplied logrotate file. I know I
could just move it or delete it, but I want something that will cope with
upgrades.
Specifically I want to change squids logrotate to transfer the log to
another system. And I also want to make it so that this happens at
midnight, as once on the other system some processing occurs.
I know I could do some deletes and so forth, but I wanted to see if there
was a debian method so that I would stay package friendly.
Thanks,
Stewart
