Unfortunate, but true. Personally, I think whoever chases someone off
the list because they're having to use some (obviously inferior) OS at
the moment, should be forced doing telephone tech support on said
abrasive OS for at least a year. Then you'll have a solid reason to
dislike it, and why you have to deal with it. 8:o)
