Likely :

$ apt-cache policy galeon
galeon:
  Installed: 1.0.3-0.4
  Candidate: 1.0.3-0.4
  Version Table:
     1.2.0-3 0
         95 http://http.us.debian.org sid/main Packages
 *** 1.0.3-0.4 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

There is no galeon in woody, and never has been (AFAIK). The problem
is that all depenendcies must also be in woody, and there must be no
RC bugs against those packages. It's a shame because galeon isn't
very unstable at all. (I think the problems I've had are due to my X
server in some way, or due to Java)
