libpam-mysql service authentication - Please help me

Hi

Somebody can help me to libpam-mysql configure. 
I want to qualify the authentication of the users for FTP, mail and
login. 

I was trying to create the archives in /etc/pam.d/ but they do not work
to me. 

Somebody can give an example me of like creating those archives
and mysql database .
