By "I am 207.105.42.71" Do you mean you, your desktop machine, you your
mail server, you your firewall machine? Which machine is it exactly that
is 207.105.42.71. Your information is very thin.

Its saying (I assume from the info) it can't reverse lookup
207.105.42.71 to get a hostname. Try adding an entry into /etc/hosts on
the offending machine (that is the one that has that log message)
listing its hostname. Something like
207.105.42.71 hostname.domainname.com hostname
If the problem is still there, then the mail programme may be attempting
a Domain Name Service lookup, which is a bit more complicated to fix.
