Actually, I just use the stock 2.4.18-686 kernel that comes in
testing.  I installed the hotplug module, then added the device node
for /dev/video0 (mknod /dev/video0 char 81 0), changed the permissions 
to 664, chgrp'd it to users, installed and ran gnomemeeting and it
worked.  I also use the discover package.
