It's 2.34.17, but I've already hacked around the problem. It seems that Debian
like to keep /proc mounted forever and Reiserfs doesn't like being umounted when
a mount point is in use.
It's a problem because the root is a RAID partition and the Debian raid scripts
use /proc for flow control junk.
Oh well, it works now with umounting /proc.
