Those are the sound module aliases... Since 
your driver is in the kernel, you don't need them.

Login to your regular account and check run:
   groups
   ls -l /dev/dsp{0,1,2,3}


The simplest solutions is to add user to group
audio (from root),

   adduser enter_user_here audio

And then it should work...
