problems with todays's php4 dist-upgrade from debian stable

I just did an apt-get dist-upgrade on a debian stable box, and it
installed the following packages:

php4-mysql_4.0.3pl1-0potato2_i386.deb
php4_4.0.3pl1-0potato2_i386.deb
libgtop1_1.0.6-1.1_i386.deb

It asked me if I wanted to run the apache configure program now, I
said yes. When it was done, it said it couldn't start apache.

The problem was on line 14 in my srm.conf. It looked like this:

 DocumentRoot

That's right, no argument. I changed it to this:

 DocumentRoot /var/www

And I was able to apachectl start it.

Then I noticed none of the php on my site was working - browsers were
asking me if I wanted to save the file.

I discovered the

 LoadModule php4_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/libphp4.so

line in my httpd.conf was commented out, and not replaced. I uncommented
it and restarted apache again, and things seem to be okay so far.
