I have the following in my sources.list: deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free But apt couldn't find PostgreSQL. I could find it manually using www.debian.org. So I downloaded the packages and installed that way.
