exim and rbl

Probably OT for this list, but...

For the past two days I've been getting messages like the following:

Jun 14 09:18:14 tc named[182]: bad referral (vix.com !< rbl.maps.vix.com)
    from [204.152.184.64].53

Is this spam blocking no longer available?
Could this be preventing me from getting some mail?
