kernel error

hi,
   I was trying to download the cdimage of debian 2.2r3 on my friends m/c running potato with kernel 2.2.17 . there was a power failure and there was no backup :(


later fsck showed no problem. however when i try to resume the download the following error message gets displayed.

i am using pseudo-image-kit which uses a combination of ncftp and wget to get the files.
