bad configureation script on libstdc++2.10-dev.deb ?

Anyone else seeing the following:

    # dpkg --configure libstdc++2.10-dev
    Setting up libstdc++2.10-dev (2.95.4-0.010522) ...

??? Where does one find the post-installation script?
