You need to have the kdelibs3-crypto and kdebase-crypto packages
installed.  Also, some https sites just look to see if you're running
Netscape or IE instead of checking for strong encryption.  You can get
around this by going to the "User Agent" part of Konqueror's
configuration and changing it; the "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5;
Windows NT 5.0)" option worked for me.
