Hmm. Doesn't look it. For a momentary check, you can run 'sensors
--fahrenheit', but to make sensord also use English units you'd need
to change prog/sensord/chips.c in the lm-sensors source. (In
particular, tweaking the fmtTemps_0 and fmtTemps_1 functions at the
top of the file should cover most, if not all, of the cases.)
