Where is sparc64-linux-ld ?

I am trying to compile a kernel on a Sparc with Debian Woody. The
compiling ended with
---------------------------------
sparc64-linux-ld -r -o kernel.o context.o signal.o ksyms.o sched.o
dma.o fork.o exec_domain.o panic.o printk.o sys.o module.o exit.o
itimer.o info.o time.o softirq.o resource.o sysctl.o acct.o capability.o
kmod.o
make[3]: sparc64-linux-ld: Command not found
make[3]: *** [kernel.o] Error 127
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make[2]: *** [first_rule] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make[1]: *** [_dir_kernel] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux'
make: *** [stamp-build] Error 2
-------------------------------------

A zgrep sparc64-linux-ld Contents-sparc.gz showed no such file.

Where do I get it?
