its looking for libreadline.so.2 not librealdine.so.4.2.
maybe its a bug in the package..maybe not .. in the meantime
it may work to make a link:
cd /lib ; ln -s libreadline.so.4.2 libreadline.so.2

assuming libreadline4 has everything that libreadline2 had
that the ftp client needs..it may or may not.. worth
a shot though.
