iptables firewall and MSN messanger

Hello everybody
Is it possible to use MSN messanger's voice call over iptables firewall ?

I haven't found any module (stg like ip_nat_ftp.o) for this purpose.

I use SNAT on 2.4.x kernel, Debian/woody.
