I'm not using any of these, and none of them are installed on my
system.  I can't address your comments.

apt-cache search looks through the entire database and prints any
packages that match the name, regardless of whether they're installed or
not.


Currently I'm just using plain SSH for remote access, and if I really
need it I set up an SSH port forward tunnel to do HTTP.
