That's what I want to avoid.
I want to be able to:
apt-get install -y --try-forever <pkgname>
in which apt-get would try to download the package until the whole package
get downloaded.

I think apt-get handles re-downloading pretty well; problem is, you have
to re-issue the command if the line got interrupted.
