Re: Where is the zope tutorial?

Hi,

You have to make a link:

    ln -s /usr/share/doc/zope/examples/ZopeTutorialExamples.zexp \
            /var/lib/zope/import/ZopeTutorialExamples.zexp

Then you have to import the tutorial. See

/usr/share/doc/zope/README.Debian.gz

While we are on the topic of Zope, I just installed zope 2.4.2
from the Sid distribution. I've found a few problems.

I can add new users as described in the documentation, but I can log in as
one of the new users. The login box just keeps reappearing after I enter the
user name and password. Only the emergency user seems to work.

The other problem is that I can't install squishdot or zope-tinytable.

Here's what happens:

.
.
hastings@onefish / 491% sudo apt-get install zope-tinytable squishdot

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

If anyone knows how to resolve these problems I'd realy like to hear about it.

FWIW I tried installing zope, zope-tinytable and squishdot from Woody and
they all went in ok, but the new user problem was still present.

Thanks,

Nick.
