You can use iproute (apt-get install ..., but you have to use kernel
2.4.x; so if you use potato, please upgrade first with "deb
http://people.debian.org/~bunk/debian potato main" in your sources.list)
and visit http://www.ds9a.nl
Having the cbq.init script would really be helpful (making your life a lot
easier); you can get it from somewhere on the Internet (just use the
search engines).

BTW, I don't think that iproute would limit UDP bandwidth though. (Would
somebody clarify this please?)
