2.4.13 and 2.4.14 are both available.  There's an ext3 patch which can
be applied against 2.4.13 (but not '.14).  Frankly, with the sketchy
track record of 2.4, running a 2.2 kernel is nothing to be ashamed of,
though I'd be 2.2.20+ to be safe.
