what version of cyrus? on both versions in potato and woody
cyrus authenticates users in /etc/passwd by default. i have
it running on at least 5 different potato machines and 1
woody machine .....all of them authenticate against the
unix accounts. i configured one of the cyrus systems for
PAM (using one of the dpkg commands i didnt touch any
files) so i could authenticate against a NIS server ...
