Tulip drives the Netgear FA-310.  The 311 and 312 are based on a
different chipset, and use the natsemi driver.  The driver is included
with kernel 2.4.x.  It's available for 2.2.x from Donald Becker's web
site.  The tulip driver will not drive the National Semiconductor chip.
