Re: problems debian / gnome

there is no /home/<user>/.xsession-errors file...

i don't think it gets to the xsession to do any error logging... i see the terminal prompt for login for a second and then it goes blank... i don't even get a chance to log in...

Look in /home/<user>/.xsession-errors
