I recently installed and compiled the source deb for vlc,
but once everything's installed playback doesn't occur.

I'm assuming that the problem lies with the 0.2.90-1 version
of libdvdcss with the 0.2.90-2 versions of the files
obtained from sid. I can play dvd's when using version 1
from vlc's website, but I run into problems getting xvideo
to work correctly. I thought the best course of action
would be to run the latest from Debian. Should I wait for
libdvdcss0.0.3-0.2.90-2?
I have attached a copy of 'vlc -vvvvv'. Thanks for any
