Well, there's raster's notes in the BrushedMetal theme, and unless some
big fan has more out on the net, that's pretty much it.  

You can use windowmatches.cfg to specify some windows should get special
treatment.  A lot of themese use that to put GIMP's title bar at the side
instead of the top, for example.  

in the directory where BlueSteel resides, see borders/ and there are
directories under that for each major border type.  swap something in for
borders/DEFAULT/ ... make sure that the resulting cfg files point to real
things, and tell E to purge all its caches.  That should do it, I think.

btw I consider BlueSteel too fat for laptop use.  Try 'ShinyMetal'
