This is the result of my search:

/usr/lib/perl5/SOAP/Transport/HTTP/Apache.pm
/usr/lib/perl/5.6.0/Apache.pm
/usr/lib/perl/5.6.0/Bundle/Apache.pm
/usr/share/perl/5.6.1/CGI/Apache.pm
/usr/share/perl5/CGI/Apache.pm
/usr/share/doc/libsoap-lite-perl/examples/server/Apache.pm

Now I have a couple of ideas myself, and am seeking confirmatiom or
other suggestions.
1. I also tried to install some modules from CPAN using the standard
cpan installation on my debian file tree. Could this be the cause? Did
CPAN overwrite the perl/apache configs from debian and now I need to
update? If so how do I do this???
2. In the past I have seen links for all of perl in /etc/alternatives/.
They are not there in this recent installation. This is a new install
from the woody disks currently available, which seemed to be nearly
flawless (congrates team !) The perl version should be 5.6.1 at the
install, so where did the 5.6.0 stuff come from.
3. I know I could simply copy or link these to temporarily fix this.
That is not my objective. I need to know what I did to cause this
situation, so I do not do it again.
